ATSG Selects Boeing to Convert Four Boeing 767-300s into Freighters

The Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has placed an order with Boeing to convert four 767-300s into Boeing Converted freighters (BCF). The 767-300BCF now has over 100 orders and commitments from customers worldwide.

On Wednesday (November 3, 2021), Boeing announced that Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has contracted with the company to convert four aircraft into 767-300 Boeing Converted Freighters (BCF). To date, Boeing has received over 100 767-300BCF orders from customers worldwide, providing essential widebody capacity to meet growing cargo and e-commerce demand. Boeing has over 40 years of successful experience in passenger-to-freighter conversions, relying on original design data and deep air cargo industry knowledge to deliver a superior product with fully-integrated manuals and world-class technical support.


In Wednesday’s announcement, ATSG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Mike Berger, said,


“Our continued confidence in the 767-300 platform, now coupled with the services and support of the OEM, reinforces our commitment to deliver best-in-class reliable services to our customers. We’re proud to partner with Boeing as we expand our fleet to meet growing demand and look forward to future growth together.”
