ANA Introduces Complimentary Onboard Wi-Fi for International Business Class Guests

From summer 2024, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will offer complimentary inflight Wi-Fi for Business Class customers traveling on international flights.  By the end of fiscal 2025, all Economy and Premium Economy customers will also enjoy free texting via internet.

On Wednesday (April 10, 2024), All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced an expansion of their customer service experience with the introduction of free W-Fi for Business Class guests traveling on international flights from summer 2024.  Additionally, by the end of March 2025, all Economy and Premium Economy Class passengers will also have access to complimentary texting via inflight internet service.  ANA launched Wi-Fi on international flights in 2014, and has since expanded the offer with complimentary Wi-Fi access on domestic flights, and Wi-Fi for First Class guests on International flights.


In Wednesday’s announcement, ANA’s VP – Customer Experience Management and Planning, Tomoji Ishii, said,


“ANA is dedicated to continuously elevating our customer experience, and the additional Wi-Fi enhancements that will be utilized for personal or business purposes is the latest offering for our passengers.  Our ongoing efforts to expand inflight services is to provide our customers with an even more enjoyable and connected experience onboard.”
