American Airlines Opens Ticket Sales for Flights Between Miami and Caracas, Venezuela

American Airlines has today announced that flights between Miami and Caracas, Venezuela are now available for booking. Starting April 30, 2026, the route will operate with a two-class Embraer E175.

On Monday (April 20, 2026), American Airlines announced the opening of ticket sales for flights between Miami (MIA) and Caracas, Venezuela. Launching on April 30, 2026, flights will be operated by Envoy Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, with a two-class Embraer E175, featuring customer-friendly amenities such as free Wi-Fi, sponsored by AT&T, and in-seat power.
American Airlines originally started operating in Venezuela in 1987, and served as the largest U.S. airline in the country before suspending service in 2019.
