American Airlines Introduces Limited-Edition Amenity Kits by Raven + Lily

American Airlines has today announced the introduction of new amenity kits designed by Raven + Lily, and featuring skincare by Joanna Vargas.

On Thursday (September 18, 2025), American Airlines announced the introduction of new limited-edition amenity kits designed in collaboration with leather good brand Raven + Lily.  The new kits will debut later this month for premium cabin customers, reflecting a new chapter in American’s ongoing commitment to an elevated travel journey.  New customer amenities include enhanced eye masks and socks, as well as skincare products exclusively from celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas, bringing her signature natural, plant-based formulas to travelers.  An Austin-based lifestyle brand, Raven + Lily is celebrated for their timeless, effortless designs crafted in collaboration with women artisans across the globe.


In Thursday’s announcement, American Airlines’ Chief Customer Officer, Heather Garboden, said,


“These amenity kits are more than just a travel essential — they’re an elevated part of the journey.  Our partnership with Raven + Lily allowed us to bring beautifully designed, purpose-driven bags on board that customers will enjoy in the air and on the ground. From the quality of the materials to the curated skincare and comfort items inside, every detail was chosen with intention and care.  This is part of our larger commitment to delivering a premium and comfortable experience for our customers — and we’re just getting started.”


Also commenting on the new amenity kit collaboration, Raven + Lily’s CEO, Kinda Lincoln, said,

Guests traveling in Flagship® First and Flagship Suite® Preferred seats will receive a navy blue crossbody bag inspired by Raven + Lily’s best-selling Yami Backpack, featuring a hand-stitched kantha zigzag detail and a removable strap.  Customers in Flagship® Business and Flagship Suite® seats will enjoy a sleek powder blue and navy pouch with a removable, thoughtfully designed, kantha-stitched wristlet strap.  Premium Economy customers will receive a structured magnetic leather pouch in navy or orange, designed to double as a sunglass case.


Known for her plant-powered skincare and a clientele of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces, Joanna Vargas brings a refined touch to the onboard experience.  Each amenity kit includes a selection of her travel-friendly essentials, including hand and body lotion and moisturizing lip balm, formulated to hydrate and refresh throughout the journey.

These new limited-edition amenity kits also feature enhancements and new products.  Flagship® First and Flagship Suite® kits include a premium oshibori towel, an upgraded oversized eye mask and crew socks, while Flagship® Business and Flagship Suite® kits include a new refreshing towelette, upgraded eye mask and crew socks.  The Premium Economy amenity now also includes a microfiber cleaning cloth for glasses and devices.
