American Airlines Introduces Lavazza Coffee, Both Onboard and in Lounges

American Airlines has announced a new partnership with Lavazza coffee, a globally celebrated Italian brand, that will elevate the guest experience, both onboard and in lounges.

On Thursday (October 16, 2025), American Airlines announced a new partnership with Lavazza coffee, a globally celebrated Italian brand known for its premium blends. Beginning in early 2026, American Airlines' guests will be able to enjoy Lavazza’s premium coffee blends across all cabins in flight and at American’s Flagship® and Admirals Club® lounges. The new partnership highlights the carrier’s commitment to curated excellence throughout the travel journey.
In Thursday’s announcement, American Airlines’ Chief Customer Officer, Heather Garboden, said,
“At American, we’re focused on looking at every aspect of the customer experience, and a quality cup of coffee is an important part of that journey. We’re proud to team up with this iconic brand to bring a rich, satisfying coffee experience to our customers — whether they're in the air or relaxing in our lounges.”
Also commenting on the new partnership, Lavazza Group’s President – Americas, Hossam Ashraf, said,
