Alaska Airlines to Launch Daily Service From Boise to Idaho Falls and Las Vegas From June 16, 2022

Starting June 16, 2022, Alaska Airlines will launch year-round daily nonstop flights from Boise to Idaho Falls and Las Vegas. For summer 2022, the carrier will offer up to 36 daily nonstop departures from Boise to 15 destinations.

On Wednesday (October 20, 2021), Alaska Airlines announced the launch of two new nonstop routes from Boise. Starting June 16, 2022, the airline will offer daily nonstop service from Boise to Idaho Falls and Las Vegas, expanding their summer 2022 offer from Boise to up to 36 nonstop daily flights to 15 destinations. The schedule for flights between Idaho Falls and Boise have been timed for a convenient day trip with a mid-morning departure and early evening return. The new service links key population centers across Idaho with Boise, complementing existing flights from the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene and Pullman/Moscow areas.


In Wednesday’s announcement, Alaska Airlines’ Vice President of Network and Alliances, Brett Catlin, said,


“We have deep roots in the Treasure Valley and our commitment to our guests in southern Idaho keeps getting stronger. Reconnecting Boise and Idaho Falls with nonstop air service will drive economic activity and enable further growth of our Boise focus city, including today's announcement of new nonstop service to Vegas.”

Alaska Airlines’ guests in Idaho Falls will also soon be able to enjoy convenient one-stop service to Las Vegas via Boise. Additionally, the carrier is launching new daily nonstop service between Boise and Phoenix from November 19, 2021. The route was originally scheduled for seasonal winter flying, but will now be available year-round.
