AirJapan to Commence Service Between Tokyo Narita and Bangkok From February 2024

Starting February 9, 2024, Air Japan, ANA’s new medium-haul international brand, will start new service between Tokyo-Narita and Bangkok. Flights will operate six times weekly with one-way fares from 15,500 yen (US $109).

On Wednesday (August 2, 2023), ANA announced that their international medium-haul subsidiary, Air Japan, will start new service between Tokyo-Narita (NRT) and Bangkok, Thailand (BKK) starting Fenruary 9, 2024. The route will depart Tokyo daily except Tuesdays at 17:55 and will arrive in Bangkok at 23:15. The return flight departs Bangkok daily except Wednesdays at 00:15 and arrives in Tokyo at 08:10. One-way fares on the route are now available from booking starting at 15,500 yen (US $109). Guests traveling to Bangkok can pre-purchase meals from a selection of 13 different choices at the time of reservation, and will also enjoy a range of inflight purchase options.

In Wednesday’s announcement, AirJapan’s President, Hideki Mineguchi, said,

Under the concept ‘Fly Thoughtful’, AirJapan will cater to business and leisure travelers by offering a wide range of services and fare options, supporting the Japanese Government’s goal of attracting 60 million foreign visitors by 2030. The airline will offer ANA Group’s full-service quality, while delivering the flexibility, convenience and value of a low-cost carrier (LCC). In addition to pre-purchase and inflight meal purchase options, AirJapan offers onboard Wi-Fi, comfortable seats with ample legroom, and select amenities available for purchase such as blankets and a variety of bespoke goods.
