Airbus Corporate Jets Opens Unique Creative Studio in Toulouse for Business Jet Customers

Airbus Corporate Jets has opened an exclusive new ACJ TwoTwenty creative studio in Toulouse, France for business jet customers. The studio features a real-size section of the ACJ TwoTwenty cabin and allows customers to create their own luxury interior with designers.

On Saturday (May 21, 2022), Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) announced the opening of a unique ACJ TwoTwenty studio in Toulouse, France which features a real-size section of the cabin, which offers twice the space and volume of any competitor aircraft. With an integrated use of virtual reality technology, combined with configurable customer-specific mock-ups, customers can imagine and design their own luxury interior with ACJ designers and specialists. The new ACJ TwoTwenty creative studio places all of these assets under one roof for a unique and attractive one-stop interior design shop.


In Saturday’s announcment, Airbus Corporate Jets’ President, Benoit Defforge, said,


“We are extremely proud to open this unique creative studio for our customers. Our ACJ TwoTwenty is featuring unmatched personal space with 786 ft2 of floor space. It is important to make them feel the space and ultimate comfort it is bringing. Thanks to latest technologies we offer our customers a real time and immersive design experience.”


ACJ TwoTwenty customers will now be invited to explore their layout ideas, while seeing them developed, adjusted and reviewed, before immersing themselves in the perfect cabin. The unique ACJ TwoTwenty experience is reflected with hundreds of soft natural fabrics, plush carpets, smooth wood veneers and plated metal finishes. Customers will also have the chance to study a range of colors over various lighting conditions before they select their color schemes for seating, carpets and walls, as well as the wood effects and finishes for the handcrafted cabinets. Additionally, ACJ TwoTwenty customers can choose from three different ambiences, along with one special Cyril Kongo edition, which are part of the signature cabin design. The ACJ TwoTwenty has a range of up to 5,600 nm (10,500 km) over 12 flight hours, with the ability to directly connect city pairs such as London and Los Angeles, Moscow and Jakarta, Tokyo and Dubai or Beijing and Melbourne. Indianapolis, Indiana (US) based Comlux, with its ACJ-approved completion center has been selected as the exclusive partner to outfit the cabins of the first 15 aircraft. The aircraft features 73m2/786 ft2 of floor space over six wide VIP living areas, allowing up to 19 passengers to work, share, dine and relax, and is at a price point of an ULR bizjet.


Currently, more than 210 Airbus Corporate Jets are in service on every continent, including Antarctica, as well as over 1,800 Airbus private and business aviation helicopters. Customers include governments (50%), private individuals (25%) and corporate customers (25%).
