airBaltic has today announced vacancies for Airbus A220-300 Captains, as well as Senior First Officers. The carrier is also planning new crew bases in Tallinn (Estonia) and Vilnius (Lithuania), along with temporary summer 2025 bases in Munich, Vienna and Brussels.
On Monday (August 19, 2024), airBaltic announced that they are actively recruiting Airbus A220-300 Captains, and continue to recruit Senior First Officers with a fast track to command the A220-300. Qualified professionals for both positions who join airBaltic between September 1, 2024 and May 31, 2025, will also enjoy a sign up bonus of €15,000 (Captains) and €10,000 (Senior First Officers). airBaltic further announced today plans to establish new crew bases in Tallinn (Estonia) and Vilnius (Lithuania) from November 1, 2024. For summer 2025, the carrier will also set up temporary bases in Munich, Vienna and Brussels. Starting January 2025, airBaltic will also implement pay increases and crew roster improvements, with more days for both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew members.
