airBaltic Expands Summer 2024 Schedule With New Direct Service From Riga to Skopje, Chisinau, and Pristina

airBaltic is launching new nonstop service between Riga, Latvia and Skopje (North Macedonia), Chisinau (Moldova) and Pristina (Kosovo) for summer 2024.  All routes will be operate twice weekly with an Airbus A220-300.

On Wednesday (May 8, 2024), airBaltic announced an expansion of their summer 2024 flying program with new direct service to Skopje, Chisinau and Pristina.  Skopje is the capital of North Macedonia, and blends history with modernity, capturing the essence of Eastern Europe.  With diverse architecture, including Ottoman-era buildings, Byzantine churches, and modern neoclassical structures, the city has something to offer for all travelers.  As a cultural center, Skopje features numerous museums, and the vibrant Old Bazaar market.


Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, offers lush parks and leafy boulevards, along with a mix of Soviet-era and modern architecture.  Visitors will enjoy numerous art galleries, live music venues, and traditional Moldovan restaurants, featuring local wines and cuisine.  The capital of Kosovo, Pristina is a vibrant Balkan city that respects its deep historical roots, with landmarks such as the Imperial Mosque and the Ethnographic Museum, which is housed in a traditional Ottoman inn.  A cosmopolitan hotspot for arts and culture, the city offers numerous festivals, trendy cafes, and a variety of arts venues.
