Air Transat and Dohop Add Three New Carriers to Virtual Interline Program

In partnership with Dohop, Air Transat has added Azores Airlines, Loganair and SKY express to their virtual interline platform, connectair by Air Transat. Through the expanded partnership, Transat guests can now book travel to over 240 additional destinations.

On Wednesday (April 20, 2022), Dohop announced that their partner Air Transat has added three new airlines to their virtual interline platform including Azores Airlines, Loganair and SKY express. Through the carrier’s connectair by Air Transat platform guests can now seamlessly book travel to over 240 additional destinations. Launched in November 2021, connectair by Air Transat is Dohop’s latest airline-owned virtual interline platform, joining other partner airlines such as easyJet, Vueling, Avianca and Pascan. The service allows customers to book connecting flights across airline networks, including ancillaries, in a single booking process for journeys throughout Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.


In Wednesday’s announcment, Dohop’s Commercial Director, Sarah Hanan, said,


“Air Transat’s continued focus on expanding its network through virtual interline is a testimony to its forward-thinking and innovative approach as an airline. We are delighted to be the facilitator of such developments.”


Also commenting on their expanded virtual interline offer, Transat’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Joseph Adamo, said,
