On Sunday (March 15, 2026), Air Serbia announced the launch of new, direct summer seasonal service between Belgrade and the island of launch Brač.  From June 20th through September 12, 2026, the route will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere, Brač stands out especially for the famous Golden Cape beach, one of the most recognizable beaches in Europe. The island is popular with tourists seeking a relaxed holiday, as well as a range of outdoor activities, including water sports, sailing, hiking, and enjoying traditional Dalmatian cuisine.

With the addition of direct service to Brač, Air Serbia further expands their presence in Croatia, building on existing routes to Split, Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Pula, Zadar, and Zagreb.  The new route also offers passengers numerous connections via Belgrade to destinations across Air Serbia’s extensive network, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Rome, Frankfurt, Milan, Oslo, Prague, Vienna, and Zurich, among others.

Air Serbia was launched under their current name in October 2013, as the national airline of the Republic of Serbia.  The carrier offers service from Belgrade, Niš and Kraljevo to over 70 destinations in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Africa with both passenger and cargo flights.  Air Serbia also offers service to Asia, Australia, North America and Africa via codeshare partners.  The airline’s fleet consists of 19 aircraft, including one Airbus A330, 12 Airbus A320 Family and six ATR-72 Family turboprop aircraft.
