On Monday (April 5, 2021), Air Serbia announced a new partnership with Collinson, the company behind the popular global Priority Pass, LoungeKey and Lounge Pass travel programs. From April 12, 2021, members of the programs will be able to access Air Serbia’s Premium Lounge in Belgrade. Opened in 2015, the carrier’s lounge has been visited by over 125,000 guests. The Premium Lounge has been available to customers of other airlines since 2016 and since May 2017 has been an ancillary service of Air Serbia.

In Monday’s announcement, Air Serbia’s General Manager – Commercial and Strategy, Jiri Marek, said,

“Creating an outstanding experience for passengers is a priority for us, which is why establishing cooperation with a leader in providing services in this field represents a special satisfaction for us. Thanks to the high quality of service and the comfort it offers, our Premium Lounge quickly became very popular among passengers. We believe that a greater number of passengers and an expanded offer will contribute to even better positioning on the global map of premium lounges.”

Also commenting on the new partnership, Collinson’s Director of Travel Experiences, Andy Besant, said,

“The addition of Air Serbia’s Premium Lounge is a welcome addition to the programme, as we continue to grow our network of lounges to ensure our Members have access to quality lounges globally. As testing and vaccines enable travel restarting, airport lounges can provide a socially distanced space in which travellers can comfortably relax as they return to the pleasures of travel.”
