Today, Air Serbia commenced new nonstop once-weekly service between Kraljevo and Thessaloniki. The flight will operate weekly on Tuesdays and the route will be serviced with an ATR-72 turboprop aircraft.
On Tuesday (July 13, 2021), Air Serbia announced the launch of inaugural nonstop service between Kraljevo, Serbia and Thessaloniki in Greece. The route will be operated once-weekly on Tuesdays and will be serviced with an ATR-72 turboprop aircraft. An official ceremony was held today at Morava Airport, which was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Civil Aviation Directorate of Serbia, Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services (SMATSA), head of Moravica and Raška districts, representatives of Čačak, Kraljevo and Kragujevac, along with Representatives of Air Serbia and Airports of Serbia.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Air Serbia’s Head of Sales, Boško Rupić, said,
“We are glad that we have expanded our offer even on our third airport in the country. We are particularly glad that we will make it easier for passengers from the West Serbia and Šumadija regions to travel to one of their favourite destinations in Greece during vacation season.”
The summer seasonal Kraljevo-Thessaloniki route will be operated from July 13th through August 24, 2021.
