Air Lease Corporation Places Six New Airbus A220s With Croatia Airlines
Air Lease Corporation has today announced the long-term lease placement for six Airbus A220s with Croatia Airlines, including four A220-300s and two A220-100s. The aircraft are scheduled for delivery from 2024-2025 from ALC’s orderbook with Airbus.
On Monday (January 16, 2023), Air Lease Corporation (ALC) announced the placement of six Airbus A220 Family aircraft on long-term lease with Croatia Airlines, including four A220-300s and two A220-100s. The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered starting in 2024 through 2025 from ALC’s orderbook with Airbus. Croatia Airlines is the national flag carrier of Croatia, and has been carrying passengers and cargo for over 30 years. From their hub in Zagreb, the carrier serves dozens of European destinations across Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK.
In Today’s lease placement announcement, Air Lease Corporation’s Executive Chairman, Steven F. Udvar-Házy, said,
