On Wednesday (September 17, 2025), Air France unveiled ‘Inside the Dream: La Première Air France’, an original film showcasing their most exclusive travel product developed in collaboration with the production company Terminal 9 Studios. The film is now available on Canal+, and will debut on Air France long-haul flights on October 1st, 2025. Over the last three years, Air France worked in complete secrecy in the development of their new La Première service, offering a world of French excellence and refinement in every detail, and delivering the highest expression of travel to customers around the world. In the film, Director Maxime Jouan captures the key stages and many challenges faces by Air France’s teams in creating this extraordinary experience.
Air France’s La Première guests will enjoy a smooth and confidential airport experience, a private suite onboard, three-star Michelin cuisine and a carefully curated wine and Champagne list. Reimagined under the supervision of Air France-KLM's CEO, Benjamin Smith and Air France’s CEO, Anne Rigail, the new La Première experience encompasses over 90 years of French expertise. In the film, viewers can follow Léa’s journey as she trains to become a La Première cabin crew member, along with Michelin-starred Chefs Anne-Sophie Pic and Alain Ducasse as they design the finest inflight dining experience.
The film also presents viewers with the opportunity to discover the selection process of the finest French wines and champagnes, carefully curated by Xavier Thuizat, Head Sommelier for Air France and the Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel. Additionally, Francis Kurkdjiian, Master Perfumer and Artistic Director of Maison Francis Kurkdjiian, reflects on the creation of the first-ever Air France home fragrance.
From the development of the unique La Première concept, to the emotion of the inaugural flight operated with a Boeing 777-300ER, the film reveals the secrets of the people behind this new experience. Viewers will also be taken on a journey from Air France’s Head Officer at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, to their enormous maintenance hangars, and Stella Aerospace’s aircraft assembly plant in Rochefort. The journey also tours the cellars of a luxury Parisian hotel, the vineyards of Meursault, and the private kitchens of France’s finest restaurants.
