Air France has announced that for the first time they will offer guests traveling in La Première an alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine by the brand French Bloom.

On Tuesday (January 13, 2025), Air France announced the introduction of French Bloom onboard for La Première guests. Selected by Xavier Thuizat, Meilleur Sommelier de France in 2022 and Air France’s head sommelier, this new festive and wholesome product complements the selection of alcohol-free beverages available on board. French Bloom’s 0.0% alcohol sparkling rosé offers a light, low-calorie beverage. From the rigorously selected grape to bottling the end product, this sparkling wine results from a precise blend of Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Pinot Noir, all dealcoholized and made from 100% natural ingredients.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Air France’s Head Sommelier, Xavier Thuizat, said,
“The nose is remarkably complex, revealing enchanting notes of pomegranate and verbena. La Première guests will be pleasantly surprised by the elegance and finesse of the bubbles which are a delight to the palate, adding a touch of gourmet indulgence to the red fruit notes.”
This addition of French Bloom complements the selection of wines, champagnes, spirits and French beers, carefully chosen by Xavier Thuizat, Meilleur Sommelier de France in 2022, and the cocktail menu, including alcoholic and alcohol-free cocktails, created by renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud. This winter, the La Première is available on flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Tel Aviv, Tokyo-Haneda and Washington, D.C.
