Air Canada has today announced the launch of new service between Vancouver and Dubai. Starting October 28, 2023, the route will operate four times weekly with the airline’s flagship Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet.
On Thursday (April 13, 2023), Air Canada announced the launch of new service between Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Dubai International Airport (DXB). The route will operate four times weekly from October 28, 2023 with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner featuring Signature Class with lie-flat seats, Premium Economy and Economy Class cabins. The new Vancouver-Dubai route complements Air Canada’s existing daily service between Toronto International Airport (YYZ) and Dubai. Air Canada’s international onboard services showcase some of Canada’s best culinary talent through the airline’s panel of celebrated chefs, complemented by a selection of top wines selected by leading Canadian Sommelier, Véronique Rivest.
In Thursday’s route announcement, Air Canada’s Senior Vice President – Network Planning and Revenue Management, Mark Galardo, said,

In cooperation with our codeshare and frequent flyer partner Emirates, our Vancouver-Dubai flights will connect to a multitude of destinations across the Middle East, Indian subcontinent and East Africa in Dubai, providing customers with choice and convenience while travelling for business or visiting friends and family.”
