Air Canada has renewed their partnership with Cirque du Soleil® and will remain the official airline of the Big Top and Arena shows in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia through 2024.
On Wednesday (December 21, 2022) Air Canada announced that they have renewed their partnership with Cirque du Soleil. The carrier will now remain the official airline of Cirque’s Big Top and Arena shows in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia through December 2024. As two globally-renowned Quebec-based companies, the partners will tonight celebrate bringing Canadian talent and creativity to the world with the Montreal premier of Corteo by Cirque du Soleil at the Bell Centre. Air Canada has been the official airline of Cirque du Soleil since January 2020, flying the company’s team members and artists to shows across the world. During 2023, Air Canada will carry the group to venues in many cities, including Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, Denver and London, among others.
In today’s announcement, Air Canada’s EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Lucie Guillemette, said,
“Air Canada and Cirque du Soleil are two iconic Quebec organizations that each deliver best in class experiences to customers globally in travel and entertainment, respectively. We are delighted to continue our partnership with Cirque du Soleil as we share the same values and importance of celebrating Canadian innovation and creativity with people at home and world-wide.”
Also commenting on the renewed partnership, Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group’s Chief Growth Officer, Nickole Tara, said,

The multi-year partnership renewal includes Cirque du Soleil’s communications campaigns, on-site visibility and promotional privileges, in addition to robust hospitality packages across all territories.
