On Tuesday (July 22, 2025), Air Canada Cargo announced the launch of a reimagined eBooking platform, designed to deliver an optimized booking experience for customers, with new tools to self-manage shipments.  Features of the redesigned eBooking experience include a new user-friendly interface and redesigned account dashboard to keep track of shipments at a glance, as well as dynamic booking flows and calculation flows, and real-time feedback and validation to reduce errors.  The refreshed platform also offers auto-confirmation for general cargo shipments of 50 kg (0.3 m3) and less, the ability to submit feedback and questions directly from the dashboard, and fast and easy rebooking by saving bookings as templates.  Customers can also use the multi-booking feature to create batch bookings in minutes.  Other features include e-mail tracking notifications, and tools to manage bookings, such as create e-AWB, edit bookings, add shipper and consignee info, send release letters, among others.

In Tuesday’s announcement, Air Canada Cargo’s Managing Director – Commercial, Matthieu Casey, said,

“We are excited to reveal our updated eBooking experience, which provides a more user-friendly interface and a smoother experience for our customers booking their cargo online.  With the ability to get real-time feedback and validation, easily create batch bookings, e-AWB, submit release letters and more, this new platform will transform the customer experience and is part of Air Canada Cargo’s ongoing digitalization.”
