Air Arabia to Launch New Nonstop Service Between Sharjah and Athens

Starting June 28, 2024, Air Arabia will offer new service between Sharjah in the UAE and Athens, Greece.  The route will operate four times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

On Thursday (January 25, 2024), Air Arabia announced the launch of new nonstop service between Sharjah (UAE) and Athens (Greece).  Starting June 28, 2024, the route will operate four times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.  Flights on the new route are now bookable on the Air Arabia website and call center or via travel agencies.


In Thursday’s announcement, Air Arabia Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Adel Al Ali, said,


“We are glad to announce the start of our non-stop service connecting Sharjah with Athens, a city known for its rich history, culture and business opportunities.  The launch of Air Arabia’s flights to Athens reflects our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with seamless connectivity between the two cities while offering an accessible and affordable travel options. We look forward to welcoming our passengers onboard to explore the ancient city of Athens.”
