Air Arabia Reports Third Quarter 2025 Net Profit of AED 656 Million

Air Arabia has reported a record third quarter 2025 net profit of AED 656 million (US $178.6 million) on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 14 percent to AED 2.04 billion (US $555.5 million).

On Tuesday (November 11, 2025), Air Arabia reported their third quarter financial results for the period ending September 30, 2025. The carrier reported a record third quarter net profit of AED 656 million (US $178.6 million) on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 14 percent to AED 2.04 billion (US $555.5 million). During the third quarter, Air Arabia carried over 5.9 million passengers, up 16 percent compared to the same period last year, with an average load factor of 85 percent, up 4.0 percent versus Q3 2024.
In Tuesday’s announcement, Air Arabia’s Chairman, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammad Al Thani, said,
“Air Arabia’s record third-quarter performance reflects the continued strength of our business model and the sustained demand for our value-driven product. The solid growth in profitability, revenue, and passenger numbers underscores our ability to deliver consistent results despite ongoing geopolitical and supply chain challenges impacting the aviation sector.
“Our focus on operational efficiency, disciplined cost control, and network optimization has enabled us to maintain strong margins while continuing to expand across key markets. This performance is also a testament to the management team, the trust of our customers, and the strength of our strategic vision.”

So far this year, Air Arabia expanded their network by launching 12 new routes across their operating hubs in the UAE, Morocco, Egypt, and Pakistan, bringing the total network size to 212 routes. The carrier also added six aircraft to their fleet bringing it to a total of 88 owned and leased Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, with more aircraft scheduled for delivery before the end of 2025.
Air Arabia operates a modern fleet of 88 Airbus A320 and 321 aircraft, which feature ‘SkyTime’ the carrier’s free in-flight streaming service.
