Air Arabia Inaugurates New Route Between Ras Al Khaimah and Tashkent

Air Arabia has celebrated the launch of their newest route with service between Ras Al Khaimah and Tashkent, with the inaugural flight taking to the skies on Friday, December 27, 2024.

On Monday (December 30, 2024), Air Arabia announced the launch of their inaugural flight between Ras Al Khaimah and Tashkent in Uzbekistan, which took to the skies on Friday, December 27, 2024.  The route will now operate once weekly on Fridays with an Airbus A320 Family aircraft.  Flight G9 902 will depart Ras Al Khaimah at 09:10 and will touch down in Tashkent at 13:20.  The return flight, G9 903 departs Tashkent at 14:40 and touches down back in Ras Al Khaimah at 17:10 (all times local).       


In Monday’s announcement, Air Arabia Group’s CEO, Adel Al Ali, said,


“We are glad to start our direct flights between Ras Al Khaimah and Tashkent, further expanding Air Arabia’s network and reach.  This new route underscores our commitment to providing travellers with greater connectivity and value-for-money travel options while supporting the continued growth of Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism sector.”


With the addition of Tashkent, Air Arabia now serves eight destinations from Ras Al Khaimah, including Cairo, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Jeddah, Calicut, and Moscow.  The carrier also offers direct service to Tashkent from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.  Air Arabia operates a modern fleet of Airbus A320 and 321 aircraft, which feature ‘SkyTime’ the carrier’s free in-flight streaming service.  Additionally, guests will enjoy ‘Sky Café’, a diverse onboard menu.
