Air Arabia Egypt to Launch New Service Between Alexandria and Medinah From October 31, 2022

Air Arabia Egypt will launch new direct service between Alexandria and Medinah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from October 31, 2022. The route will be operated twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays with an Airbus A320.

On Monday (September 26, 2022), Air Arabia Egypt announced the launch of new direct service between Borg El Arab Airport in Alexandria (Egypt) and Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medinah (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) starting October 31, 2022. The route will be operated twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays and will be serviced with an Airbus A320. Medinah will be Air Arabia’s tenth destination in the Kingdom, complementing existing service to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Tabuk, Taif, Al Jouf, Hail, Abha and Gassim.

In Monday’s announcement, Air Arabia Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Adel Al Ali, said,


“We are glad to add Medinah to our growing network from Egypt, offering our travelers with direct connectivity between both cities. We are confident that the new service will further contribute to the overall travel and tourism sector of Egypt and Saudi Arabia through providing an affordable and value-driven travel option to passengers traveling between the two countries.”
