Air Arabia Abu Dhabi Launches New Service to Amman City Airport in Jordan

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has announced an expansion of their Jordan network with the launch of service to and from Amman City Airport, the carrier’s second Jordanian gateway.  The new route will operate three times weekly from May 1, 2026.

On Friday (April 24, 2026), Air Arabia Abu Dhabi announced the launch of launch new direct service between Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Amman City Airport (ADJ), in Jordan.  Starting May 1, 2026, the route will operate three times weekly, offering customers convenient and affordable travel options between the two cities.  The new route complements Air Arabia’s existing double daily service to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman (AMM).  The new route also complements Air Arabia Group’s wider network between the UAE and Jordan, with Amman also accessible via nonstop flights from Sharjah International Airport.

 

In Friday’s announcement, Air Arabia Group’s CEO, Adel Al Ali, said,


“We are pleased to expand our presence in Jordan with the launch of our new service to Amman City Airport. This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with greater choice and convenience when traveling between the UAE and Jordan. By serving two airports in the Jordanian capital, we aim to further support travel, tourism, and trade between the two countries.”
