AerCap Holdings has today announced their major business transactions for the third quarter 2022. The company signed 184 lease agreements, completed 34 purchases and executed 37 sale transactions.
On Tuesday (October 11, 2022), AerCap Holdings announced their major third quarter business transactions for the period ending September 30, 2022. During the third quarter, AerCap signed 184 lease agreements including 30 widebody aircraft, 104 narrowbody aircraft, three regional jets, 23 engines and 24 helicopters. AerCap also completed 34 purchases including 12 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft and one Airbus A220 for their owned aircraft portfolio and two aircraft for their managed aircraft portfolio, as well as 16 engines and three helicopters.
Additionally, AerCap executed 37 sale transactions for 21 aircraft during the third quarter, including four Airbus A320 Family, two Airbus A320neo Family, one Airbus A330, two Boeing 737NGs, two Boeing 777-200ERs, two Boeing 767-300ERs, one Boeing 737-800BCF and three Boeing 747-400Fs from their owned aircraft portfolio, and four aircraft from their managed portfolio, as well as 13 engines and three helicopters. In total, AerCap signed financing transactions for approximately $1.4 billion during the period.
