Swoop Adds Winter 2021/22 Service to Los Cabos From Edmonton and Toronto

Swoop is adding direct service to Los Cabos to their winter 2021/22 schedule with two weekly flights from Toronto and once weekly service from Edmonton.

On Wednesday (September 15, 2021), Swoop announced the addition of direct service to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) for the winter 2021/22 season. The carrier will offer one weekly flight from Edmonton starting November 20th and two weekly flights from Toronto From December 4, 2021. The new Los Cabos service will become Swoop’s fourth Mexican destination this winter complementing service to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán. With the return of air travel demand, Swoop is gearing up for further growth with the addition of their tenth aircraft this winter.


In Wednesday’s announcement, Swoop’s Head of Commercial and Finance, Bert van der Stege, said,


“We are thrilled to expand our winter schedule just in time for our travellers in Toronto and Edmonton to book that long-awaited vacation to Los Cabos, Mexico. With non-stop flights available for as low as $139.00 one-way, we are pleased to be offering even more affordable travel options to Canadians, while strengthening our position as Canada's ultra-low cost carrier with the most flights to popular sun destinations.”

To qualify for the low introductory fares, tickets must be booked by 11:59 p.m. ET for travel from November 20, 2021 through April 30, 2022. Blackout dates include December 16, 2021 to January 6, 2022 and March 11, 2022 to April 4, 2022.
