SpiceJet Announces Four New Domestic Flights in India Starting February 2020

Gurugram, India-based SpiceJet announced on Tuesday the addition of four new domestic routes. Starting this February, the airline will offer service between Ahmedabad and Aurangabad for the first time and increase frequencies between Mumbai and Mangalore.

Today, SpiceJet announced the addition of four new flights to their domestic network in India. Starting February 15, 2020, the airline will offer new daily service between Ahmedabad and Aurangabad on all days except Sunday. Aurangabad is SpiceJet’s 53rd domestic destination and the city is a popular tourist hub as well as one of the fastest growing cities in Asia. Additionally, the airline is adding a second frequency on the Mumbai-Mangalore route which will operate daily from February 10, 2020.


The flight to Aurangabad (SG-2933) departs Ahmedabad at 2:05PM and arrives Aurangabad at 3:25PM. The return flight (SG-2934) departs Aurangabad at 3:45PM and arrives in Ahmedabad at 5:05PM. Service between Ahmedabad and Aurangabad will be available Monday through Saturday from February 15, 2020. The additional daily frequency between Mumbai and Mangalore, flight (SG-6356), departs Mumbai at 8:55AM, arriving in Mangalore at 10:35AM. The return flight (SG-6353) takes off from Mangalore at 11:05AM and arrives in Mumbai at 12:40PM. The new Mumbai-Mangalore frequency will be available from February 10, 2020. The new routes will be served by a mix of Boeing 737-800s configured for 189 passengers and 90 seat Bombardier Q400s.
