Ryanair Announces Summer 2022 Schedule With Over 500 Routes, Including 160 UK Routes

Ryanair has released their summer 2022 schedule, which includes over 10,000 weekly flights across 500 routes to popular holiday destinations. The schedule also includes over 1,800 weekly UK departures across 160 routes.

On Tuesday (April 27, 2021), Ryanair announced the early release of their summer 2022 schedule which will include over 10,000 weekly departures across 500 routes to popular holiday destinations. For UK customers, Ryanair’s summer 2022 schedule will offer over 1,800 weekly departures across 160 routes to the most exciting holiday hotspots. The carrier will announce more destinations in the coming months and all routes can be booked as far out as October 2022. Ryanair’s summer 2022 schedule is comprised well-deserved of beach holidays, city breaks and extraordinary cultural experiences. Popular getaways which have made the list include Barcelona, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Lisbon, Malta, the Greek islands and Naples. For customers looking for a cool city break, Berlin, Krakow, Venice, Rome and many other urban getaways are also on the schedule.


Celebrating the early release of the carrier’s expansive summer 2022 offer, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with tickets available from only €29.99, for travel through October 2022.


In Tuesday’s announcement, Ryanair’s Director of Commercial, Jason McGuinness, said,


“We are delighted to launch our Summer 2022 programme, which so far comprises of 500 routes to Europe’s favourite city and sunshine destinations. With over 10,000 flights every week and further destinations to be released in the coming months, customers can now make travel plans for Summer 2022 with greater ease. We have launched routes to firm favourites such as Malaga, Malta, Palermo, Venice, Faro, Tenerife and the Greek Islands, with many more to be added soon. To celebrate, we have launched a seat sale with fares available from just €29.99 for travel until the end of October 2022, but these sale prices must be booked by midnight Thursday, 29th April, only on the Ryanair.com website. Since these amazing low fares will be snapped up quickly, customers should log onto www.ryanair.com to avoid missing out.”


In a separate announcement today, specifically for the UK market, Ryanair further announced that their summer 2022 flying program would include over 1,800 weekly flights across 160 destinations, so British holidaymakers can finally take a well-deserved getaway. The schedule will include highly-desired destinations such as Faro, Fuerteventura, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Marseille and Malta, as well as coveted city-breaker destinations including Budapest, Copenhagen, Lisbon and Rome, to name a few.


Speaking on the carrier’s UK summer 2022 offer, Ryanair’s Mr. McGuinness, added in part,
