Qatar Airways to Launch Service to Tashkent in Uzbekistan From January 17, 2022

Qatar Airways will launch twice-weekly service between Doha and Tashkent in Uzbekistan starting January 17, 2022. The route will be serviced with an Airbus A320 featuring 12 Business Class and 120 Economy Class seats.

On Tuesday (November 30, 2021), Qatar Airways announced the launch of twice-weekly service between Doha (DOH) and Tashkent (TAS) in Uzbekistan from January 17, 2022. The flights will depart Doha on Mondays and Fridays at 18:55 and arrive in Tashkent the next morning at 00:30, while the return flights depart Tashkent on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 01:50 and arrive in Doha at 04:00 (all times local). The route will be serviced with an Airbus A320 featuring 12 Business Class and 120 Economy Class seats. Guests traveling to and from Tashkent will enjoy seamless connectivity via Doha to over 140 destinations in the Qatar Airways network including service to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and the U.S.


In today’s announcement, Qatar Airways Group’s Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, said,


“We see tremendous growth potentials in Central Asia and this new service to Tashkent will serve to boost trade opportunities and attract tourists wanting to discover this beautiful destination. Passengers from Tashkent will now have access to more than 140 destinations when travelling with the World’s Best Airline via the World’s Best Airport, Hamad International Airport.”
