On Thursday (March 5, 2026), Norse Atlantic Airways announced the addition of two more roundtrip flights between London Gatwick Airport LGW and Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok in response to high demand.  Recent developments affecting airspace in parts of the Middle East have led to changes in global flight operations and increased demand on alternative routes between continents.  The additional flights will be operated with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, featuring both Economy and Biz Premium cabins.

In Thursday’s announcement, Norse Atlantic Airways’ CEO, Eivind Roald, said,

“Norse Atlantic Airways was built to provide long-haul connectivity between continents in a flexible and efficient way.  At times when global events affect travel flows, it becomes even more important that reliable infrastructure exists to keep people, families and businesses connected.”
