LOT Polish Airlines has today announced the introduction of a special LOT Stopover service, enabling customers to plan a longer stay in Warsaw, and also add unique experiences to their journey.

On Tuesday (July 29, 2025), LOT Polish Airlines announced the introduction of a special LOT Stopover service, which will enable customers to not only plan a longer stay in Warsaw, but also add unique experiences and benefits to their journey. Customers taking advantage of the program will enjoy a 25 percent discount on domestic flights in Poland and special prices at Warsaw’s tourist destinations. The new service is available to travelers who plan on staying in Poland from 24 hours to up to eight days. The new LOT Stopover program is a collaboration between LOT Polish Airlines, the Polish Tourism Organization, and the Warsaw Tourism Organization.
In Tuesday’s announcement, LOT Polish Airlines’ Deputy Commercial Director, Filip Biniewicz, said,
“Warsaw Chopin Airport is the main transfer hub for LOT Polish Airlines, playing a crucial role in connecting passengers from all corners of the world. The new LOT Stopover service offers travellers much more than just a convenient change of flights. With a wealth of dedicated benefits, passengers can enrich their journey with new experiences while taking advantage of our extensive flight network. It’s a perfect opportunity to stay in Poland for longer and discover its unique diversity – from the bustling capital to picturesque regions across the country. You are more than welcome to take advantage of the LOT Stopover service.”
LOT Stopover in Warsaw is a planned layover on connecting flights, which can last from 1 to 8 days. This gives travelers the opportunity to leave the airport and take advantage of Warsaw’s rich culture and entertainment, as well as other regions of Poland. The new service targets both business and leisure travelers, and the LOT Stopover booking process has been simplified and integrated with LOT’s booking system. Customers can also discover various parts of Poland, and enjoy everything from the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea and mountain landscapes in the south, to the picturesque vineyards in the west.
To take advantage of the program during booking, customers can simply select a connection with the LOT Stopover service, choose a convenient transfer time (from 24 hours to 8 days), and pay for their trip. The LOT Stopover offer only applies to international return flights. If a booking includes more than one person, LOT Stopover will apply to all passengers.
