Loganair has launched new direct service between Norwich and Exeter and has restarted flights to Edinburgh. The Norwich-Exeter route will be operated up to four times weekly with a 49-seat Embraer E145 regional jet.
Today (July 12, 2021), Loganair, the UK’s largest regional airline, announced the launch of new direst service between Norwich and Exeter. Flights will operate up to four times weekly on Mondays Wednesdays and Sundays and the route will be serviced with a 49 passenger Embraer E145 regional jet. The carrier also resumed up to four weekly flights between Norwich and Edinburgh on Monday (July 12th).
In Monday’s announcement, Loganair’s Chief Commercial Officer, Kay Ryan, said,
“We are thrilled to be launching our new Norwich-Exeter route and recommencing flights to Edinburgh today. The services will provide essential connectivity for businesses as the economy begins to recover and allow loved ones from across the UK to finally reconnect. We are committed to restoring domestic services and playing our key role as the UK’s largest regional airline, at a time when UK connectivity has never been more important.”
Also commenting on the new route launch, VisitNorwich’s Public Relations & Marketing Manager, Melanie Cook, said,
