KLM to Introduce New Service to Jersey, Santiago de Compostela and Oviedo for Summer 2026

KLM has announced the addition of three new European destinations for summer 2026, including the British Channel Island of Jersey, along with Santiago de Compostela and Oviedo in Spain.

On Tuesday (December 16, 2025), KLM announced an expansion of their summer 2025 schedule with three new destinations, including the British Channel Island of Jersey, as well as Santiago de Compostela and Oviedo in Spain. All three routes will be operated with an Embraer E175 or E190. Tickets are now available for booking for all three new summer 2026 destinations.
The largest of the Channel Islands, Jersey is known as the ‘Island of Flowers,’ and is a British Crown Dependency located off the coast of France. Jersey offers a pleasant climate and expansive beaches.

Santiago de Compostela is the historic gateway to the Galicia region in northwest Spain. Visitors can explore this UNESCO World Heritage city, famous for its unique walking routes. Santiago de Compostela stands out for its rich culture, refined cuisine, and its role as the end point of the world-famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route.
Oviedo is located in the Spanish region of Asturias, and is often called the gateway to northwest Spain. This region is known for diverse landscapes, ranging from mountain ranges to the Atlantic coast. Asturias offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor sports and water activities, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking an active vacation surrounded by nature.
