Today (August 13, 2020), KLM announced the launch of daily service to Poznan, Poland from October 25, 2020. The carrier is carefully building up their network by adding destinations, giving customers as much choice as possible. The new Poznan service will complement the carrier’s existing service to Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw, bringing their number of Polish destinations on offer to five. As demand continues to steadily rebound, KLM hopes to add frequencies and/or expand capacity by deploying larger aircraft on popular routes.

Daily flights between Amsterdam-Schiphol and Poznan will be serviced with an Embraer E175 configured with 20 Business and 68 Economy Class seats. The departing flight (KL1273) will take off from Schiphol at 2:40 PM and arrive in Poznan at 4:50 PM, while the return flight (KL1274) will depart Poznan at 4:50 PM and arrive at Amsterdam-Schiphol at 6:35 PM.

Located in western Poland on the River Warta, Poznan is the fifth largest city in Poland and an important commercial and industrial gateway. The city boasts 28 colleges and universities and features an impressive history, including the oldest cathedral in Poland.
