On Thursday (February 2, 2023), JetBlue announced that their JetBlue Travel Products subsidiary has opened their Paisly® booking platform to all customers. Previously, Paisly was only available for customers booking a JetBlue flight, but now anyone can book cars, accommodations and activities at their destination, all while earning TrueBlue points. With a dedicated 24/7 phone line, Paisly offers a single point of contact for all travel-related products and services, providing customers with a seamless travel experience across their entire journey.

In Thursday’s announcement, JetBlue Travel Products’ President, Andres Barry, said,

“Customers love the JetBlue brand for low fares and great service, and more and more are trusting us with other aspects of their travel experience. No airline has ever built a travel booking platform like Paisly before. We’ve built a curated network of high-quality partners, providing the level of service JetBlue customers know and love. We want to be the company travelers go to when they book a trip, whether they choose to fly, drive, train or boat to their destination. At the same time, we know loyalty is more important than ever, which is why we continue to reward our most loyal customers, just for being TrueBlue members.”

JetBlue Travel Products is a wholly-owned JetBlue subsidiary and consists of JetBlue Vacations and other non-air travel products including Paisly. Launched in 2021, Paisly was designed to use the guest's flight information to unlock exclusive destination deals for car rentals, accommodations and activities. Now, TrueBlue members, even those without a JetBlue flight itinerary, can access exclusive savings and points on Paisly. Customers with an upcoming JetBlue flight can save up to 20 percent off hotels, and up to 35 percent off car rentals. TrueBlue members without a JetBlue flight will still have access to up to 15 percent off of hotels, along with discount offers on car rentals.

JetBlue is ‘New York’s Hometown Airline®’ and a leading carrier in Boston (BOS), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Los Angeles (LAX), Orlando (MCO) and San Juan (SJU). The airline carries guests to over 100 destinations across the U.S., Caribbean, Latin America and the United Kingdom (London Heathrow and Gatwick). JetBlue Airways Corporation trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol JBLU.
