JetBlue has named Rodney Townsend as the carrier’s new Vice President – Technology Products, where he will oversee JetBlue’s technology product portfolio. Mr. Townsend will report to JetBlue’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Carol Clements.
On Wednesday (June 1, 2022), JetBlue announced the appointment of Rodney Townsend as Vice President – Technology Products effective immediately. Reporting directly to Carol Clements, JetBlue’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Mr. Townsend will oversee the company’s technology product portfolio, while identifying new opportunities to leverage technology that will enhance the guest and crewmember experience. Rodney Townsend joins JetBlue with over 25 years of technology experience and has held a number a number of leadership roles, serving most recently as Director of Digital Channels and Personalization for United Airlines.
In Wednesday’s announcment, JetBlue’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Carol Clements, said,
