JetBlue Appoints Jill Eshbaugh as Carrier’s New Vice President, Airports Experience

JetBlue has announced the appointment of Jill Eshbaugh at the airline’s new Vice President, Airport Experience. Eshbaugh joins JetBlue following a 25-year career with United Airlines, most recently serving as V.P. Employee Relations and Engagement.

On Monday (April 24, 2023), JetBlue announced the appointment of Jill Eshbaugh as the airline’s new Vice President, Airport Experience. In her new role, Eshbaugh will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of airport operations across JetBlue’s over 100 destinations across the U.S., Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, the U.K. and Europe. She will be reporting to Warren Christie, JetBlue’s Head of Safety, Security, Fleet Operations, Airports, and JetBlue University. Ms. Eshbaugh joins JetBlue following a 25-year career with United Airlines, where she served most recently as Vice President, Employee Relations and Engagement. Previous positions with United include Managing Director, Airport Operations, domestically as well as in the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. She started her career as a frontline Airport Agent for United at Chicago O’Hare.

In Monday’s announcement, JetBlue’s Warren Christie, said,

Also commenting on her new role with JetBlue, Jill Eshbaugh, added,

Ms. Eshbaugh is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Valparaiso University School of Law.
