“This summer we are betting very strongly on the recovery. It is very important to try to save this season because, if not, we will have lost two years and as a country we cannot afford it. The entire tourism sector is hopeful that vaccination campaigns will serve to lift restrictions and it is essential that valid formulas are undertaken for Europe, America and any country around the world. The announcement of the flights to the Maldives we believe instills encouragement internally, it is good news for the tourism sector and is an example of how we are adapting in Iberia to the new circumstances and opening new markets.”
