Frontier Airlines Launches Nonstop Service Between Grand Junction and Denver, Colorado

Today, Frontier Airlines launched new intra-state service between Grand Junction and Denver, Colorado. The carrier will operate the service three-times weekly and is offering introductory one-way fares from only $39.

On Tuesday (June 8, 2021), Frontier Airlines announced the launch of new service between Grand Junction and Denver, Colorado. The carrier will operate the intra-state route three-times weekly, and to celebrate the launch, is offering introductory one-way fares from only $39. To qualify for the special fares, flights must be booked by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 14, 2021 for travel on select days through August 17, 2021. Blackout dates include June 29th, July 1st and July 6, 2021, and a three-day advance purchase is required (a round-trip purchase is not required).
In Tuesday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Schurz, said,
“We’re excited to arrive in Grand Junction with a convenient, nonstop intra-state route to Denver. Frontier proudly calls Colorado home and we’re continuing to expand affordable travel access for locals and visitors to explore the spectacular terrain and activities unique to The Centennial State.”
Also commenting on the route launch, Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority’s Executive Director, Angela Padalecki, added,
“We are thrilled to welcome Frontier back to GJT. Their low-cost service between Grand Junction and Denver will improve the connectivity between the western slope and the front range, making it even easier for Coloradans to work and play together in our lovely state.”
