Frontier Airlines Launches Nine New Nonstop Routes From Miami International Airport

This week Frontier Airlines will launch eight new nonstop routes from Miami including service to three destinations in New York, Memphis and Norfolk. Starting November 20, 2021, the carrier will add new service between Miami and Aruba.

On Thursday (November 4, 2021), Frontier Airlines announced the launch on nine new nonstop routes from Miami for November. This week the carrier will start service to Memphis (MEM), Portland, Maine (PWM), Saint Louis (STL), Syracuse (SYR), Norfolk (ORF), New Windsor, N.Y. (SWF) Albany (ALB) and Rochester, with Miami-Aruba service starting on November 20, 2021. Celebrating their Miami expansion, Frontier is offering introductory one-way fares from $29. To qualify for the promotional fares, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on November 7, 2021, for travel on select days through December 15, 2021, and through February 16, 2022 for Miami-Aruba flights. Blackout dates include November 20-30, 2021 and December 18, 2021 through January 4, 2022. A seven-day advance purchase is required, but a round-trip booking is not required.


In Thursday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Shurz, said,

Moreover, this new service offers Miami area residents access to desirable destinations throughout the country and beyond, with expanded international service to Aruba coming soon.”


Miami International Airport’s CEO and Director, Ralph Cutié, added,

With the new service, Frontier expands their Miami route map to 36 nonstop destinations.
