Frontier Airlines Launches New Service Between Orlando and St. Maarten

Frontier Airlines has launched new nonstop flights between Orlando International Airport and the popular Caribbean island of St. Maarten. The carrier will offer once-weekly service on the route on Saturdays with one-way fares from only $89.

On Saturday (July 10, 2021), Frontier Airlines announced the start of new nonstop service between Orlando International Airlines (MCO) and St. Maarten (SXM). The airline will offer once-weekly service to the popular Caribbean destination on Saturdays with introductory one-way fares from only $89. To qualify for the promotional fares, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 EDT on July 18th for travel through August 21, 2021. A seven day advance purchase applies, but a roundtrip purchase is not required.


In Saturday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Schurz, said,


“We’re thrilled to launch nonstop service to one of the top destinations in the Caribbean, St. Maarten. Last week we launched flights from Orlando to Costa Rica and now Frontier offers 63 nonstop MCO routes this summer. We have expanded our route network to meet the pent-up desire for summer travel while maintaining affordable fares and a friendly flying experience.”

Frontier currently has around 150 new Airbus aircraft on order, which will continue to deliver on their mission of providing affordable travel across America.
