Frontier Airlines allows customers to customize their travel experience to meet their needs and budget with the ability to purchase a la carte options or in one low-priced inclusive bundle called the ‘WORKS.’ The bundled package includes additional benefits such as refundability, a carry-on bag, a checked bag, the best available seat, waived change fees and priority boarding. The airline’s loyalty program, FRONTIER Miles, is family friendly and allows pooling of miles.

Frontier is the only U.S. carrier that currently conducts temperature screenings for all guests and crew members prior to boarding. In April, the carrier introduced comprehensive health and safety enhancements to ensure the wellbeing of passengers throughout their journey. All customers and team members are required to wear masks and customers must complete a health acknowledgement prior to checking-in online. The company has also deployed a fogging disinfectant to their already stringent aircraft cleaning protocols. Additionally, Frontier’s aircraft are equipped with hospital-grade HEPA filters which remove 99.9% of airborne particulates (including virus clusters) as the cabin air is refreshed every two to three minutes.

Frontier Airlines is committed to “Low Fares Done Right.” The Denver-based carrier operates the largest Airbus A320neo fleet in the U.S. and is a leader in sustainability initiatives and carbon reduction efforts. The A320neo (new engine option) offers greater fuel efficiency and a reduced noise footprint compared to previous generation models. The carrier uses around 43 percent less fuel when compared to other U.S. carriers due to a unique seating configuration and other weight saving tactics. Frontier currently has 160 new Airbus A320neo Family aircraft on order and the company’s young and efficient fleet will help it continue to low fares for customers. Frontier’s commitment to families includes their ‘Discount Den’ travel club which allows children 14 years and younger to fly free on qualifying flights.
