flydubai has restarted operations to Prague and Zagreb with up to five weekly flights from Dubai to Prague and two weekly flights to Zagreb. The frequency on the Dubai-Zagreb route will be increased to four weekly flights from December.
On Thursday (September 23, 2021), flydubai announced the resumption of service from Dubai to Prague and Zagreb. The airline will offer up to five weekly flights from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Prague International Airport (PRG) and twice-weekly service to Franjo Tuđman Airport Zagreb (ZAG), increasing to four weekly flights in December. The routes will be codeshared with Emirates, offering travelers more seamless onward connections via Dubai. Flydubai has grown their network to over 95 destinations in 50 countries across Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Southeast Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent. The restart of operations to Croatia and the Czech Republic will also enable more convenient connections to Dubai as Expo 2020 Dubai opens on October 1st, 2021.
In Thursday’s announcement, flydubai’s Chief Commercial Officer, Hamad Obaidalla, said,
“We are excited to resume operations to Croatia and the Czech Republic which are two popular destinations on the flydubai network. We are confident that passengers will enjoy flydubai’s convenient and reliable service and the comfortable cabin of our Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, which offers a flatbed in Business Class, and is scheduled to operate on these routes.”
For all bookings to Dubai made from September 1st, 2021, flydubai is offering a complimentary 1-Day Ticket to Expo Dubai 2020. The new routes will be operated with a Boeing 737-8 MAX from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport. The aircraft features flatbed seats in Business Class and comfortable new Recaro seats in Economy Class, as well as a full HD 11.6 inch IFE screen and a wide selection of movies, TV shows, music and games in English, Arabic and Russian.
