Embraer Reports First Quarter 2026 Net Profit of $33.4 Million or $0.1856 per U.S. ADS Share

Embraer has reported a first quarter adjusted net profit of $27.7 million or $0.1856 per diluted U.S. ADS share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 31 percent to a record $1.4 billion.

On Friday (May 8, 2026), Embraer reported their first quarter 2026 financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026.  The company reports a first quarter net profit of $33.4 million, and an adjusted net profit of $27.7 million or $0.1856 per diluted U.S. ADS share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 31 percent to a record $1.4 billion.  Embraer Commercial Aviation’s first quarter revenue totaled $293 million, a 45 percent increase versus the same period last year, reflecting higher volumes and pricing. 


The company’s order backlog reached $32.1 billion at the close of the first quarter, up 22 percent compared to last year.  The backlog for Commercial Aviation increased 50 percent versus last year, while Services & Support and Defense & Security increased 10 percent and 6.0 percent, respectively, while Executive Aviation remained stable.  Embraer delivered 44 aircraft in 1Q26, a 47 percent increase compared to 30 aircraft delivered during Q1 2025, of which 10 were commercial jets (four E2s and six E1s), 29 were executive jets (16 small and 13 medium) and 5 were defense related (1 KC-390 Millennium and 4 A-29 Super Tucano).  The number of deliveries for Commercial Aviation was 43 percent higher and for Executive Aviation 26 percent higher compared to 1Q25.
