Nina Wach has been appointed as Edelweiss’ new Head of Brand Management and Marketing Communication effective September 1st, 2023. For the last year and a half, Ms. Wach has served as Head of Brand Management & Creative Director at the newspaper NZZ.
On Friday (June 23, 2023), Edelweiss announced the appointment of Nina Wach as the carrier’s new Head of Brand Management & Marketing Communication effective September 1st, 2023. Ms. Wach joins Edelweiss from the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ), a Swiss daily newspaper, where she has served as Brand Management & Creative Director for the last year and a half. Prior to joining NZZ, she was Head of Brand Management at SWISS, Head of Marketing, Communication and Branding at Teo Jakob AG, and Senior Marketing and Brand Manager, as well as a member of the Executive Board at Barry Callebaut. Nina Wach will succeed Yves Maclean who will leave Edelweiss at the end of July.
In Friday’s announcement, Edelweiss’ Chief Commercial Officer, Patrick Heymann, said,
“For me, Nina Wach is an ideal fit for Edelweiss. She has national and international experience in marketing, communications and branding and also knows the airline industry. This makes her the ideal person to fill this management position. I am looking forward to welcoming her on 1 September.”
