Delta TechOps has won their eighth consecutive Top Shop Award, receiving The 145’s 2021 award for ‘Best Total Solutions Provider’ with 60 percent of the vote. The awards are voted on by MRO leaders and customers across the industry.
On Monday (March 1, 2021), Delta Air Lines announced that for the eighth consecutive year Delta TechOps has been recognized by The 145’s Top Shop Awards, by winning the 2021 marquis ‘Best Total Solutions Provider’ award. The award recognized North America’s largest MRO business for quality of service, vision, exceptional turn-around times, competitive pricing and exceptional customer relations. Delta’s TechOps leaders will officially accept the award at the MRO Americas conference in Orlando.
In Monday’s announcement, Delta Air Lines’ Senior Vice President – MRO Services Group, Mike Moore, said,
“Congratulations to TechOps people around the world whose unwavering commitment to industry-best service and dedication to safety, efficiency and excellence for our MRO customers drove this win. Our teams are committed to being there for our more than 150 MRO customers as the industry continues to navigate through the pandemic.”
