Cebu Pacific to Start Direct Flights to Taipei and Seoul Incheon From Clark

Starting April 29, 2023, Cebu Pacific will launch four weekly direct flights from Clark to Taipei on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The carrier will also launch daily service between Seoul Incheon and Clark from May 5, 2023.


On Friday (March 17, 2023), Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced the launch of new nonstop service between Clark and Taipei, Taiwan starting April 29, 2023. The route will operate four times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The return flights will start on April 30th, and will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Taipei is CEB’s latest destination from their expanding Clark hub, and will join other recently announced routes from Clark to Seoul-Incheon, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macao, Tokyo-Narita and Singapore, as well as seven domestic destinations across the Philippines. To support the expansion, the carrier will lease and base three additional aircraft at Clark International Airport. These are in addition to 10 new Airbus A320 and A330neo Family aircraft Cebu Pacific will receive in 2023.


In a previous press release on Wednesday (March 15, 2023), Cebu Pacific announced the launch of new daily service between Seoul-Incheon and Clark starting May 5, 2023. Flight 5J 177 will depart Seoul at 16:45 and arrive in Clark at 20:05 PST. The return flight, 5J 176, will depart Clark at 10:35 PST, and land in Seoul at 15:45 (all times local). Clark is a highly urbanized area at the center of Luzon Island, and is known for its annual hot air balloon festival and colorful Christmas lanterns. A melting pot of business and leisure activities, Clark is surrounded by casinos, theme parks, country clubs and restaurants. Additionally, Clark is the perfect jump off point for travel across the Philippines, with Cebu Pacific offering seamless onward connections to eight domestic destinations, including Boracay, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod and Puerto Princesa.


Cebu Pacific (CEB) currently operates the widest domestic network in the Philippines with 34 destinations, along with 25 international destinations. CEB operates one of the youngest fleets in the world with 76 aircraft, including 21 Airbus A320ceos, nine A320neos, seven A321ceos, 11 A321neos, four A330ceos, four A330neos, 14 ATR 72-600s, six ATR 72-500s and two dedicated ATR freighters.
