Cebu Pacific Gears up for Fourth Quarter Domestic Recovery

During October, Cebu Pacific will increase flights to popular tourist destinations, including Siargao, Boracay, and Bohol. Internationally, the carrier will also resume service to Dubai, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Kuala Lumpur.

On Thursday (September 23, 2021), Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced an expansion of their network for the fourth quarter of 2021. Domestically, the carrier will increase frequencies to Siargao from five to six weekly flights and will also increase Boracay flights from four to five times daily, while service from Bohol will increase from nine to ten weekly flights. Internationally, Cebu Pacific will resume daily service to Dubai from September 30th. Twice weekly flights to Nagoya and Osaka will start on October 2nd and October 4th respectively. The airline will also resume service to Fukuoka on November 5th. Additionally, CEB will restart service to Kuala Lumpur on October 4, 2021.

In Thursday’s announcement, Cebu Pacific’s Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, Candice Iyog, said,


“We believe reopening domestic travel and the promotion of responsible travel is critical to rebuilding the trust and travel confidence in the industry. We also know that the situation continues to be fluid, that is why we make it a priority to always make travel convenient for everyJuan, on top of providing the much-needed flexibility during this time.”


To encourage travel, Cebu Pacific has an ongoing PHP 99 seat sale through September 26th for travel through June 30, 2022 to and from key cities such as Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Dipolog, Iloilo, and many more.

Currently, Cebu Pacific offers service to 32 domestic and eight international destinations. The airline has received a 7/7 star rating from airlineratings.com for their multi-layered COVID-19 health and safety protocols including contactless procedures, thorough cleaning and disinfection, mandatory masks and face shields and mandatory Antigen testing for frontline team members. All Cebu Pacific aircraft are also fitted with hospital-grade HEPA filters which remove 99.99% of airborne particulates, including virus clusters. Cebu Pacific operates one of the youngest fleets in the world with 73 aircraft, including two dedicated ATR freighters and one Airbus A330 freighter.
