Boeing to Showcase Sustainability, Advanced Air Mobility, Defense and Services at Singapore Airshow

Boeing today outlined their plans for their presence at the Singapore Airshow 2024, which runs from February 20th through 25th at the Changi Exhibition Centre.  The aerospace giant will display a 777X cabin mockup, offer an F-15EX simulator experience and more.

On Thursday (February 8, 2024), Boeing announced their plans for the Singapore Airshow 2024, which takes place from February 20th through 25th at the Changi Exhibition Centre.  Boeing will showcase sustainable aviation, advanced air mobility, defense and services.  Visitors will be able to step into a 777X cabin display, experience an F-15EX simulator, and test Boeing’s climate impact modeling tool.  Static displays will include the CH-47F Chinook, AH-64E Apache, F-15, P-8 Poseidon and C-17 Globemaster III.  Additionally, a B52 will participate in the flying display.


In Thursday’s announcement, Boeing Global’s President, Dr. Brendan Nelson AO, said,


“We are proud to once again participate at the Singapore Airshow, which highlights how Southeast Asia’s fast-growing economies continue to invest in new aerospace products and services for the future.  Boeing provides our commercial and government customers across the region with the capabilities they need while we continue to expand our regional presence and open new opportunities for partners and suppliers.”


Boeing Global services will also showcase their services for government and commercial customers including digital, sustainment, modification, parts and training solutions.  Boeing’s Wisk subsidiary will highlight their eVTOL solution, which is the world’s first all-electric, autonomous four seat taxi.  With the industry focus on sustainable aviation and the goal to decarbonize by 2050, Boeing will demonstrate their Cascade Climate Impact Model, a data-modeling tool that provides actionable insights into how different strategies can reduce emissions.  The company will also discuss their work to accelerate SAF production globally through local collaboration and policy advocacy.


At this year’s Singapore Airshow, Boeing will also participate in the event’s Aero Campus to engage and inspire the next generation of aerospace engineers and leaders.  Boeing will feature four companies it has invested in as part of their continued commitment to aerospace innovation.  Visitors to the airshow can visit Exhibit A-U01 to learn more about Boeing’s products and capabilities.
